1. Place Your Order

All orders must be placed before Tuesday at midnight. Any orders placed after this deadline will be canceled and refunded.

2. Pick Your Pickup Location

When placing your order, select your preferred pickup location: Nogales, Sonora or Tucson, Arizona. Orders will be ready for pickup every Sunday from 3:00 PM to 4:30 PM. If you need to pick up your order after 4:30 PM, you must notify us in advance, and a +$15 fee will be charged.

3. Custom Meal Plan Option

Want a personalized meal plan? Click here and fill out the form so we can reach out to book a virtual appointment with our nutritionist, Fernanda Leon. Together, we’ll create a meal plan tailored just for you!

4. already have a meal plan?

If you already have a meal plan from your own nutritionist, simply send it to us here, and we’ll cook it for you! Just be sure to submit your meal plan before Tuesday at midnight.

5. Don’t forget!

Fill out the form or place your order before Tuesday at midnight to secure your order, schedule a nutritionist consultation, or submit your meal plan for us to cook. We’re here to make healthy eating easy, delicious, and stress-free!
